Orders That Arrive Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

We’re sorry if there is an issue with your order when it arrives. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, a defective item, or a product with a print quality issue, please contact us at support@birdsidenook.com within 5 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the item and the issue

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund
  • A discount code

Product Notes

You may notice slight discoloration or off-white residue on apparel when it first arrives. Don’t worry — this is not a stain and will usually come out after the first wash. Our apparel is printed using modern garment printing technology with water-based, eco-friendly inks.

If your item has light marks, please wash it before reporting an issue.

Return Policy

Birdside Nook is a Print On Demand store, which means each product is made especially for each customer after an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Changing your mind after placing an order
  • Changes in personal preference after purchase
  • Entering the wrong shipping address at checkout

We only provide support for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

If your order falls into one of these categories, please email support@birdsidenook.com within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the item and the issue

After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, a refund, or a discount code.

Can I Exchange for a Different Size or Color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for a different size or color. Please review the size chart carefully on each product page before placing your order.

In rare cases, an item may be mislabeled. If you believe your product was mislabeled, please contact us at support@birdsidenook.com within 5 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the product. If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings or display conditions are not considered product defects.
  • Requests submitted more than 5 days after delivery may not be eligible for support.
